- Hello Andre,
-
- >direct recompense for his work when you ship it as part of your software - do
-
- He would get a direct recompense; if users use it, they will pay for it.
- (Well, Shareware is a little sketchy on this point but you get the general
- idea.)
-

-
- This is not really a valid argument; I _use_ my "C" compiler. I do not
- use ST-Guide itself very often, since I already know how to use my
- programs. As I said, I'm willing to register a copy for my personal
- use if I use it, but I feel it should be up to the users to register
- for themselves if _they_ use it.
-
- To be honest, though, it does not really matter much what I think. If
- Holger says "pay so that you can distribute the program or HyperText files
- that use the program" than I will have to pay or switch, in which case
- I will probably switch. (Unless the fee is reasonable; Shareware does not
- pay much, and I'm a student, so money is tight.)

-
- This would be interesting; I wonder if Holger will allow it? I hope so.
-
- BTW, I check out 1ST-Guide. We will not find any help there; it is
- Shareware.
